Our Medical Transportation program p
rovides FREE door-through-door transportation for people age 60 and older who need rides to their medical appointments.
Your Donation
$60 - Provides one roundtrip medical transport with a volunteer.
$125 - Covers onboarding one volunteer: background check, orientation, training, and assignment outreach.
$250 - Provides regional roundtrip medical transport in a wheelchair accessible van with a volunteer.
$500 - Purchases reliable seasonal tires for one of our wheelchair accessible vans.
