The perfect introduction to the world of classical ballet and music for young children and their families. The lobby opens at 1:30pm with special activities for children. Crafts, coloring and photo opportunities with the City Ballet dance artists. The ballet performance begins at 2:00pm in the theatre. Children learn about music and dance with Elizabeth Wistrich's "Peter and the Wolf" set to Sergei Prokofiev's famous score. This beloved tale is told through dance and each character is represented by a corresponding instrument in the orchestra.
