Dear Friend of Paoli Hospital:

The Paoli Hospital Auxiliary is excited to announce the 2024 Fall Fashion Show – A Passion for Fashion – scheduled to take place Friday, September 27, 2024 at the Desmond Hotel in Malvern. This spectacular day of fashion will benefit Paoli Hospital’s greatest needs.

We anticipate over 200 guests will join us for the Annual Paoli Hospital Auxiliary Fall Fashion Show.  Local retail stores such as Posh and Silver Linings will outfit our models with the latest trends to inspire your fall and holiday wardrobes.  A Vendor Boutique will be open before and after the fashion show for our attendees to shop, giving local vendors the opportunity to showcase their unique products.

We are seeking sponsors who share our passion for fashion while making a positive impact on Paoli Hospital, our community hospital. We have multiple sponsorship levels available for your consideration:
 -     Event Sponsor $5,000 – (one available) Includes four (4) tickets, name/logo on event signage, invitation, event website and 2024 Fashion Show photo gallery.
 -     Reception Sponsor $2,000 – (one available) Includes two (2) tickets, name/logo on signage at the reception, event website and 2024 Fashion Show photo gallery.
 -     Music Sponsor $1,200 – (one available) Includes one (1) ticket, name/logo on signage at the DJ table, event website and 2024 Fashion Show photo gallery.
 -     Photographer Sponsorship $1,200 – (one available) Includes one (1) ticket, name/logo on signage at the raffle table, event website and 2024 Fashion Show photo gallery.
 -     Table Sponsor $300 – Includes signage and ten standard business cards on a table. Sponsor two or more tables: your logo/name will be displayed in the Fashion Show photo gallery.

If you are unable to sponsor please consider one of the following:
  -    Donate a Gift Certificate for the premier raffle: Restaurant or local retail store.
  -     Contribution to Paoli Hospital Auxiliary Fashion Show

The deadline to be recognized as a sponsor at the event is September 20, 2024.  For display purposes, please submit artwork in a GIF or PNG format to Pat Wagner (Contact information below).  Checks can be made out to Paoli Hospital Auxiliary, memo Fashion Show and mailed to Pat Wagner, 101 Fairfax Court, Phoenixville, PA 19460.
