Join San Francisco-based artist Kelsey Kindall for the first live performance of her new album, The Waiting Room, out October 23. Kelsey spent the last year writing The Waiting Room, a coming-of-age story about leaving your 20s and stepping into your 30s. This is the first chance to hear the nine-track album performed live with a full band and celebrate an evening centered around storytelling, vulnerability, and being present to the joy of how beautiful life is. The Waiting Room explores what it feels like to turn 30, to find your home in a city that once felt foreign, to experience relationships that can seem healthy while slowly eating away at your identity, and to navigate all of the change, uncertainty, joy, and growth that comes with getting older. Originally from Hershey, Pennsylvania, and now based in San Francisco, Kelsey has released four projects across all streaming platforms, earning more than 200,000 streams and reaching over 100,000 listeners through her unique sound and story-driven songwriting. Since moving to San Francisco, Kelsey has performed at venues across the city, including The Independent, Make-Out Room, Brick du Nord, and Swedish American Hall, as well as venues throughout the city as a Sofar Sounds artist. Her music has been featured in Clout, Flex, and Lock magazines and recognized for its story-driven lyrics and hard-hitting beats. On stage, Kelsey brings her theater background to life through dynamic performances, hilarious storytelling between songs, and a connection that invites the audience to share the moment with her. Her shows are full of joy, inspiration, and a sense of celebration. The Waiting Room is Kelseys second album as a signed artist with El Portal Recordings.
