This year, we honor our dear friend and CFO, J. Gerard Capell, AIA FCSI, CCS 1953-2024.
Gerard Loved to golf, and loved CSI, please attend to honor his years of service and dedication.


Please honor Gerard's memory and: Have fun, wear loud clothes, yell FORE, and help area students!  Golf with us and do some good!  Even if you don't golf, you can make a Donation on the following page, join us for Game time, or dinner only - with prize drawings!  

Our goal is to provide student scholarships at higher education facilities here in southeastern Wisconsin.  The Milwaukee Chapter CSI Education Trust has awarded over $96,000 worth of scholarships to students in construction related fields of study since 2001.


Dinner is optional.  Golf with lunch only packages are available, and Dinner only, (without golf) is also an option.  If you pre-purchase prize drawing tickets, and are not staying for dinner, let us know, and we will send the prizes to the winners. 

Golf is a scramble format. 

Enjoy 19th hole beverages outdoors on the veranda.

All Golf packages Include: 18 holes of golf, cart, lunch, two drink tickets.  Golf with Lunch only, and a Dinner only without golf option is available.

Great prizes for longest drive, closest to the pin, longest putt, shortest drive, lowest score. Door and drawing prizes.

Each golfer and dinner only guest will receive a custom made poker chip ball marker:

Immediately after Dinner and Prize drawings, approx. 7:30PM, we welcome all who wish to join us for funny, interesting and brief Gerard stories.  Everyone who stays can tell one story.

Milwaukee Chapter CSI Education Trust Refund Policy:
The Milwaukee Chapter CSI Education Trust is a not-for-profit charity fully staffed by unpaid volunteers.  All proceeds after expenses are used for student scholarships.  Registration monies received will be considered a donation if you do not attend the event.  We may, in special circumstances consider a refund if permitted by both Events.org and New Berlin Hills.  Requests for refunds must be received no later than 7 days prior to the event.

The Milwaukee Chapter CSI Education Trust is a registered 501(c)3 organization and contributions to the Milwaukee Chapter CSI Education Trust are tax-deductible and represent that you have received no goods or services in exchange for your gift.
