The Pediatric FCCS course has presentations dealing with: Pedi assessment, Transport, Mechanical ventilation, Poisoning, Trauma, Post-Operative Care, Sedation/Analgesia, Shock, and Hemorrhage Control, among others.
Both FCCS and P-FCCS courses have skill stations and small breakout sessions each day. The content of both courses is appropriate for Physicians, ICU/ED Nurses, Paramedics and other higher level health care providers. This course is provided by the Society of Critical Care Medicine.
These continuing education activities are approved by the Commission on Accreditation for Pre-hospital Continuing Education.
