The Heavy Rotation started as an idea between friends, Kalium Ewing and Grant Frahm, who were constantly sharing albums over text, wanting to connect through music in a more intentional way. They missed the feeling of hearing music in the same room and talking about it face to face. This club is their way of carving out time again to slow down, listen together, and explore how music hits differently in a community of strangers that become friends.This will be the Heavy Rotations 9th session. In this session they are going to cover and listen to DAMN. by Kendrick Lamar in full. They will be diving into the lyrics, production and deeper meanings behind the music, in hopes to discover deeper and truer conversation.
