Dear UHD Community, We are pleased to announce that the University of Houston-Downtown will host the 77th Commencement Ceremony on Monday, December 16, at NRG Arena. The event honors the accomplishments of UHD?s Summer and Fall 2024 graduates and will be celebrated in two ceremonies split by academic colleges as follows: First Ceremony ? 1:00 p.m. Marilyn Davies College of Business and College of Sciences and Technology Second Ceremony ? 5:30 p.m.? College of Humanities and Social Sciences and College of Public Service Of additional note, this commencement ceremony marks a special significance in UHD?s history, as it is our 50th anniversary commencement celebration. This is an exciting time for our students and their loved ones to celebrate a milestone they will look back on fondly as they depart UHD to embark upon their future endeavors.
