Golf outings are becoming a very popular fundraising practice. It adds a good cause to an activity many of the attendees would have already been doing. Travel-
Auctioning off a trip is always exciting and something many look forward to. When creating a trip for your event make sure that it is catered to your audience, for example, I wouldn’t auction off a fishing trip at a golf outing. You also must keep in mind who your attendees are, if they are older and retired you may choose a different location compared to if most of your attendees are younger. This also affects the duration of the trip; a weekend trip is ideal because they do not have to worry about taking off work or having to leave early and miss some of the nice perks you arranged for them.
